Synopsis
Pink Tears reveals Patricia Newsome's unique brand of courage and strength to overcome a number of challenges throughout her life. Her journey - from mental and physical abuse, to having two children by a man she hated, but lacked the willpower to leave, to almost going to prison, to surviving Stage III Breast Cancer --will make readers laugh a little and even cry while becoming empowered as you share her story. Introduction
I often reflect on my life and all that happened to me. I sometimes reflect as a spectator and acknowledge that most people would not have survived all I've been through. I mean that in the humblest way. God needed me strong, so he made me strong. loss, extreme grief, abuse, and survived a fatal illness. Every decision I've Made, and every situation I was in all puzzled me when they were happening. I did not understand why God was allowing me to experience life like this. Now I realize that every second of those experiences shaped me into who I am today. Those things didn't happen to me they happened for me. They happened so I could share this story with you. This story is a story about faith, perseverance, obedience, and trusting God. I want people going through similar experiences, especially Cancer, that I went though to know that God has a plan, and to trust that plan. Had i not given God full control of my life, I would not be alive today. My prayer is that this book, my story, is encouraging to you all.
